Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StarHuddle (the “App”), operated by A&D Digital LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use StarHuddle. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abuse

StarHuddle has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes discrimination or harm.

By using StarHuddle you acknowledge there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, and that such content and users may be removed or banned.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
• Nudity, sexual content, or content that exploits or endangers minors
• Violence, incitement, or promotion of self-harm
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or misinformation
• Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any unlawful activity

5. Reporting & Blocking

Every post and comment has a “⋯” menu with a Report option. Select a reason and our moderation team will review it, typically within 24 hours, and remove content or remove users that violate these terms.

You can also Block any user from the same menu. Blocking hides that person's content from you and prevents them from interacting with you. Manage blocked accounts in Settings → Privacy → Blocked Accounts.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these terms — with or without notice. Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions to creator groups are billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

StarHuddle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A&D Digital LLC is not liable for user-generated content or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
