1. Who We Are
StarHuddle (the “App”) is operated by A&D Digital LLC. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, username, optional display name, and your birthday (used only to verify you meet the minimum age requirement).
- Content you create: posts, comments, likes, questions, media you upload, and groups you join or subscribe to.
- Technical data: device type and app version, and basic request logs (such as IP address) generated by operating the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate the App (accounts, feeds, subscriptions, notifications), to keep the community safe (moderation, rate limiting, abuse prevention), and to improve performance and reliability.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
Content you post is visible to other users according to the group and privacy rules of where you post it. We share data with service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud) and, if you purchase a subscription, with the app store and payment processors that handle billing. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted posts and comments are removed from view immediately.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact support@starhuddle.com. An in-app Delete Account option is coming before public launch.
6. Children
StarHuddle is not directed at children under 13, and accounts cannot be created with a birthday indicating an age under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the App, contact us and we will remove the account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be announced in the App, and the effective date above will be updated.
